Prescription Drug Card Program - Terms of Use.
1. Program Service

of the Program will be accurate or reliable; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information,
or other material obtained through Our Program will meet Your expectations; (v) no advice or
information obtained by You from Our personnel or through Our service shall create any warranty
not expressly provided for in the terms of service and (vi) any errors in the service will be
corrected.
2. Program Subscription Fees
There are NO Subscription Fees imposed for this Program.
3. Program Participation
As a Program Participant, you will be entitled to access all Discounts on products and/or services
offered by participating providers. The Program is explained on this website or in other materials
that may be provided from time-to-time. The Program may not be available in Your area.
A. We and Our subsidiaries/affiliates are not responsible or liable for any product provided by third
parties. If You have any claims relating to such, You will make your claim against the Provider.
B. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Program or related information provided to you.
C. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount you were charged for participation
in the Program, nor shall we be liable for Your incidental or consequential damages.
